- User/group administration - includes creating, managing, and deleting
users and groups.
- User profile setup - used with roaming users on multiple computers
so that desktop remains the same on any computer the user goes to.
- Assignment of folder permissions - set the
permissions for folders available to all users or groups. This allows the
restriction of certain folders to certain users, and only the intended users
will have access.

computers/servers and their operating system, and configure them for optimal
performance. All workstation and server computers require constant
maintainance. Updates are always being created by the manufacturers and
are required to be installed on the computers.
- Anti-Virus/Anti-Spam - All computers must be
protected against these malwares. We will provide suggestions for a good
anti-viral software program, install and configure if not already done, or
maintain your existing anti-viral program.
- Printer setup and sharing - Install and
configure printers on network to be used by which ever user or group.
- Application Software - We can install any application software, configure the
software for use, and trained the users on it.
- Router and switch setup and configuration - Install and configure
routers and switches such that bottlnecks are minimized and data flow is
maximized.

research your equipment needs and provide suggestions as to where networking
equipment is needed as well as provide a list with multiple vendor price quotes
so that you can decide the best and purchase the one that best fits your need
